Updates:
We take suggestions seriously. Here is a comprehensive list of all changes and improvements that have been made since the launch of this site. Sections struck through no longer have effect.
1. Established a flat rate of $10 for those traveling between Clarion Borough and Monroe Township.
2. Clarified the 10-mile radius rule on the Restaurants page.
3. Clarified the Operating Hours, as there was some confusion.
4. Fixed a typo on the Clarion River Brewing Company menu tab. (Remember, if you find a typo and are the first to point it out to us, you'll receive a $2 discount on your next order.)
5. Added a "Site Updates" tab so all changes are readily available to those who wish to view them.
6. Changed the Google Forms for Restaurant Ordering, to allow customers to order in advance.
7. Enabled the Applebee's menu tab.
8. Enabled the Subway (PA-68) tab.
9. Added Operating Hours for each restaurant in a green bar above their respective menus.
10. Made site available at www.clarioncarrier.com.
11. Added a dedicated phone number for orders and inquiries.
12. Enabled KOYIA Express menu tab.
13. Enabled Toby Hill Bar and Grill menu tab.
14. Changed operating hours from (3PM to 11PM) to (Noon to 9PM).
15. Expanded delivery radius to include Knox, Sligo, New Bethlehem, Brookville, and others.
16. Updated pricing scheme to make services available to a wider array of customers.
17. Added an Offers tab, to offer discounts and gift cards.
18. Added several discounts for firefighters, ambulances, CU students, and more.
19. Enabled Hunan King menu tab.
20. Updated minimum orders to $7 across the board, due to the technology used to take payments.
21. Changed the flat Clarion-to-Monroe rate to $10 round-trip (formerly $10 one-way).
22. Updated New Year's Eve and Day hours
23. Added a discount for posting our flyer in your business.
24. Added and disabled a "Grocery" tab.
25. Made some clarifications on the Rules of Restaurant Ordering.
26. Enabled the "Grocery" tab.
27. Added a link for the printable form for grocery deliveries. [No one used this, so it didn't make sense to keep it.]
28. Updated the form to allow multiple locations to be selected at once for grocery deliveries.
29. Updated Fee Schedule for Rides.
30. Clarified the definition of "Round Trip" in the "Rules for Rides" section.
31. Added and opened "Cozumel" menu tab.
32. Added a Clarion University to CU-Venango Offer.
33. Added and opened "Sweet Basil" menu tab.
34. Moved navigation tabs on mobile to the side of the screen.
35. Added and enabled "The Liberty House" as a restaurant.
36. Fixed a bug in the Contact Us form that prevented it from being submitted.
37. Removed New Bethlehem and Brookville from the "Delivery Locale" price schedules for restaurants- food will not stay warm on such a drive, so we will no longer offer food deliveries there unless specifically requested. (This change was reversed.)
38. Added extended hours for Clarion University's Mid-Semester Break.
39. Expelled all first-person singular pronouns from the site, upon granting of L.L.C. status. (PA no longer requires this.)
40. Added the "Rules of Grocery Orders" section.
41. Removed "rides" due to harassment from the Pennsylvania Utilities Commission. (Reversed upon granting of Uber access.)
42. Added a dedicated Wal-Mart Pickup tab.
43. Added Danica's Diner and Dunkin' Donuts.
44. Fixed a cosmetic issue in the Wal-Mart tab.
45. Corrected a Zone 3 error for Knox Borough on the Retail Deliveries page.
46. Fixed a URL error that prevented Subway's website from linking properly.
47. Made various changes affecting Wal-Mart Pickup to reflect the store's policy change from 24 hours of advance notice to 4 hours if placed before 4PM.
48. Updated the City Delivery form to remove the June date and added a space for an August date, to be determined.
49. Added a new Venmo username.
50. Updated "Restaurant" rule #4, regarding price quotes.
51. Updated restaurant rule #7, regarding local restaurants, to reflect that we will deliver from any restaurant - including chain restaurants - so long as they do not have in-house delivery services.
52. Eliminated Restaurant rule #10, regarding delivery radius.
53. Made various grammatical updates to other text in the Walmart and Retail tabs.
54. Moved the Gift Card link to the bottom of "Offers", to better highlight the City Delivery and Election Day offers in search engine results.
55. Fixed a glitch that caused the Contact Us form to appear off-centered on mobile devices... we hope.
56. Updated site hours for the Fall semester.
57. Updated description to add the word "courier".
58. Added "University Housing" to Zone 1 and Zone A.
59. Updated the spellings of Wal-Mart to maintain consistency... we think we got them all.
60. Added and enabled Taco INC. as Clarion's newest restaurant.
61. Created a streamlined order form. Now, all orders go through a single form, regardless of type. [Rides excepted.]
62. Removed the individual forms.
63. Updated the Gift Cards section with a direct-embedded Square link.
64. Added the "Pharmacies" page, and all associated infrastructure for it.
65. Updated the cover images for the Retail, Wal-Mart Pickup, and Order sections.
66. Updated the rules of Retail and Wal-Mart orders, to include Controlled Substances and Lottery Tickets on the lists of prohibited items, where applicable.
67. Updated images for each restaurant.
68. Added and disabled "Canyon Coffee" tab.
69. (Nice!) Updated the logo to have a more modern feel.
70. Changed the font color for "Hours" to white.
71. Updated pricing to encourage gift card use.
72. Re-enabled Bob's Subs' tab.
73. Fixed an error with the Gift Card purchasing link, where the site wouldn't allow scrolling to complete the gift card order form through Square. (Note- if this isn't fixed on your device, please try opening the link in a new tab.)
74. Updated the logo to a more modern, and more easily printable, logo. (Apparently, I listed this twice... oops!)
75. Updated the Rules of Wal-Mart Pickup orders to include a clause stating that we are not in any affiliated with Wal-Mart's own delivery service, and confirmed that ordering through there will not get your order sent to us.
76. Updated menus where necessary.
77. Disabled Danica's Diner tab.
78. Split Hours and Payment Methods items into two columns each.
79. Added the new logo to the Gift Card designs, and rearranged the designs for seasonal use.
80. Added Fisher to Zone C.
81. Trip discount added to Retail Stores and to the Offers tab.
82. Added Ride Request tab - disabled due to technical difficulties.
83. Updated color scheme to be less painful on the eye.
84. Disabled Starbucks and Taco INC. tabs, as both facilities have permanently closed.
85. Re-enabled Ride Request
86. Made both Order and Ride forms automatically send to Discord and ping me when submitted.
87. Left-aligned the Price and Rules lists in all tabs.
